HOW IT WORKS

02 – BOOK YOUR EXPERIENCE
Once approved, schedule your qualifying HOCATT or DermaShape session at Salt + Light and complete your purchase.
03 – SUBMIT FOR REIMBURSEMENT
Use your Letter of Medical Necessity and itemized receipt to request reimbursement through your HSA/FSA provider.
