Questions
Before you book.
Which should I book first?
HOCATT. Thirty minutes, and most people feel a significant difference after one session. If you want the fuller answer: book both. Dermashape opens the pathways, HOCATT helps carry it out — Dermashape first, then HOCATT. That pairing is what the memberships are.
Do I have to undress?
Yes, for both. For Dermashape you're fully draped on a treatment table — only the area being worked on is uncovered at a time. For HOCATT you're wrapped in a towel inside the pod. Nobody is ever more exposed than the work requires.
Does Dermashape hurt? Will it bruise?
No, and rarely. It's warm and firm but shouldn't hurt — say the word and it changes that second. Marks only happen if you ask us to break up a specific area of tension, and we'll tell you before we do it, not after.
What's it like inside the HOCATT pod?
Your head stays outside it the entire time, breathing normal room air, so it never feels closed-in. Warm steam, ozone, carbonic acid, far infrared, plus PEMF, microcurrent frequencies, photon light and essential oils. The pod clears itself completely before the door opens.
How will I feel afterward?
Lighter. Clearer-headed. Mellow but with more energy than you walked in with — a strange combination that makes sense once you've felt it. Many people notice joints and long-standing sore spots letting go, and sleep unusually well that night. Drink water, move gently, and take your minerals if you use them.
How often should I come?
Listen to your body. Some clients come weekly, others monthly, and both feel a real difference.
I'm only here for the week — is one session worth it?
Genuinely, yes. One session will make the rest of your trip more comfortable. No package required.
Is there anyone this isn't right for?
Talk to us first if you have an electrical implant, have had an organ transplant, have hemolytic anemia, are breastfeeding, or are undergoing cancer treatment. And if you've had liposuction, implants, a fat transfer, or any tissue procedure, you'll need to wait a full six weeks before Dermashape — no exceptions (see the note on the services above).
If you have an electrical implant, you can still do HOCATT — we simply run your session without the PEMF and frequency modalities. Everything else stays. Call or text 850.461.9389 and we'll work it out.
What's the difference between a membership and a package?
Memberships run monthly with a four-month minimum — they're for people building a real rhythm. Unused sessions roll over for one extra month, so a busy stretch doesn't cost you anything.
Packages are a one-time purchase with no commitment and no recurring billing. If you're not ready to commit to four months, take a package or a single session.
What are your hours?
Generally 9 to 5, most days. But we're appointment-only, which means we can usually work around you — if you need something earlier or later, just ask.
